Pre-Surgery Instructions

• Do not eat, drink or smoke after midnight before your surgery.



• Arrangements should be made in advance for post-surgical transportation, and an adult to accompany you home. You will not be allowed to leave the surgical facility in a taxi-cab.



• Please leave your jewelry and all valuables at home. Bring a case for your eye glasses or contacts.



• If you are taking any medications, please bring them with you the day of surgery.



• Contact your surgeon if you develop a fever, rash, infection or "COLD" prior to the day of surgery. Call the office if your are unable to keep your appointment or you are going to be late.



• Casual, loose fitting clothing should be worn.



• Please do not wear make-up, finger nail polish or toe polish.
